This month we say goodbye to three of our staff, Peter talks about first generation winemakers and Tom brings rabbit to the menu.

Laura Coffin

Hired on Valentines day, fired and re-hired pretty much every day since, Laura has been the heart of the company, never failing to be sweet, kind and cheeky all at the same time. Here are her memories

Jinchao Jiang

John has been the palate of the shop, taking over as resident Burgundy buff from Ben, his encyclopedic knowledge has been a real asset to the company.

Natalie Wood

First generation winemakers are the brave souls who decide to jump head first into their passion and to hell with the consequences! Here Peter tells you about three of his favourites
